Delete your RiiS account

Delete your account instantly

You can permanently delete your RiiS account and all associated data at any time, directly and immediately:

• From the app: Settings → Delete account
• From the web: app.riisapp.com/delete-account

You will be asked to confirm and re-enter your password. Deletion is executed immediately — there is no waiting period.

What data will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (display name, avatar, Reporter Number)
• Your reports and associated media (photos, videos, audio)
• Your comments and evidence contributions
• Your messages in trusted circle alerts
• Your follower and following relationships
• Your trusted circle connections
• Your account credentials and authentication data
• Your push notification tokens and preferences

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

Can't access your account?

If you no longer have access to your account (for example, you forgot your password and lost access to your email), send a deletion request to:

info@riisapp.com

Please include the email address associated with your RiiS account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Retention

Abuse reports are retained for moderation and legal compliance; once your profile is deleted they can no longer be linked to you. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes.
